(a) Repeat/Add Course Fee will be Rs 6,850 per credit hour. Repeat/Add Course Fee @ US $ 400/- per credit hour will be charged.

(h) Freeze charges will be Rs. 5,000 per semester. Freeze charges will be US $. 500/- for each semester.
(i) Transcript Fee will be Rs. 1000 each. Transcript fee will be US $. 50/- (or equivalent to PKR) each.
(j) Degree Fee Rs. 5,000 will be charged in the last semester. Degree Fee US $. 250/- will be charged in the last semester.
(k) Duplicate Degree fee will be Rs. 10,000. Duplicate Degree fee will be US $. 500/-(or equivalent to PKR).
(l) Verification fee will be Rs. 1,000 per document. Verification fee will be US $. 50/- (or equivalent to PKR) per document.

Registration

Before the commencement of classes in each semester, students are required to register themselves. Registration encompasses approval of courses from respective academic department / advisor and payment of all dues. A student shall not be considered to have been registered for the semester unless all dues have been paid.

Hostel accommodation and transport facilities shall only be provided to students after registration. 

Every student must update his/her personal information shown in student portal at the start of every semester.

Fine for late payment

The following fine will be levied for payment of fee after due date:
  • For first fifteen days after the due date, 5% of the total payable amount,
  • After fifteen days and up to one month after due date, 10% of the total payable amount, 
  • Thereafter, registration of the student will be suspended and he / she will not be allowed to attend the classes and exams etc. Registration of the student will be restored only after deposit of outstanding dues along with fine.

Mode of Payment

Payment of fees can be made through online Transfer/Bank Draft/Pay order against the fee challan issued at any online branch of HBL (Nationwide).
Note: Cheques and Cash are not acceptable.
