Dr. Asif has vast involvement in the field of vibrations and condition monitoring for the last 20+ years. He has worked on several industrial and academic projects involving structural dynamics, vibration analysis, manufacturing, fracture mechanics, and structure health monitoring.

Dr. Owaisur Rahman Shah
Assistant Professor and Head R & D, Department of Mechanical Engineering
Dr. Owais holds a Doctorate from ENSTA Bretagne, France in Characterization of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer Composites. Before joining the IST, he completed his post-Doctoral studies in Development of Shock-Resistant Polymer Matrix Composite Assemblies. His research interests include subtractive precision manufacturing and failure of composites for large structures.

Dr. Muhammad Younas
Assistant Professor and Office In-Charge Advance Manufacturing Facility
Dr. Younas is currently working at the Department of Mechanical Engineering specialized in the area of Manufacturing Engineering with focus on high speed machining of various alloys. His research interests include advanced manufacturing technologies, micromachining, sustainable production as well as optimization strategies to minimize production costs.
