Dr. Owais ur Rahman Shah is an Associate Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He has been involved in Manufacturing of hardware and precision components for various industrial applications for the past 7 years at IST. His specialization is the manufacturability and life cycle of polymer based composite materials in which he holds his doctorate. Currently, he is heading the manufacturing facilities at IST-ME. The manufacturing, customization and assembly of all hardware shall be handled primarily by this member and his team.
