Congratulations to two students, Bilal Ghafoor and Muhammad Saad Salman of the Materials Science and Engineering Department who have won the Ist prize worth Rs. 40000/- in the Engineering and Sciences Category for a project titled “Application of ionizing radiations for development of nanocomposite with better mechanical properties”. Twenty two national universities presented over 60 projects in this competition under the theme “Distinguished Innovations, collaborations and Entrepreneurship (DICE)” held at UET Taxila in collaboration with British Council on 19-20 December 2012.
