Students of all BS Programs (Aero, CSE, EE, MECH & MS&E) are intimated that Online Bank Challan Forms for Semester Spring 2013 are available in the MyIST Student Accounts at my.ist.edu.pk.

Therefore, all students are advised to login at my.ist.edu.pk and get print of their Online Bank Challan Form and deposit the dues accordingly at your earliest before the due date i-e. Tuesday, 12-Mar-2013 without any late fee fine.

However, a late fee fine will be charged as follows:

  1. Late fee fine @ 5% of the amount payable will be charged, if fee is paid (from 13-Mar-13 to 27-Mar-13), and
  2. Late fee fine @ 10% of the amount payable will be charged, if fee is paid (from 28-Mar-13 to 10-Apr-13),
  3. Thereafter, registration of the student will be suspended and s/he will not be allowed to attend the classes/exams till clearance of her/his dues.

 Fee can be paid through the following modes:

  1. Deposit the Fee through Online Bank Challan Form at any nearest online branch of HBL (nationwide) without any charges under IST-HBL arrangement vide letter No. MAK/GEN/2598 dated March 04, 2010 (HBL Circular No. P/INST/3090 dated 11-May-10) or
  2. Send us Pay Orders/ Demand Drafts in favor of IST through couriers. Bank will charge 0.50% of fees/dues payable or Rs. 25 per instrument whichever is less.  (Max. bank charges will be Rs. 25 per PO/DD).

Please note:  No hard cash will be accepted on registration day.
