Department of Humanities and Sciences conducted a mental health awareness session on Wednesday, October 25, 2023. The aim of this event was to shed light on the pivotal role of good mental health in shaping our personal as well as professional lives. Ms. Annum Tanveer, an expert clinical psychologist and senior lecturer at the Capital University of Science and Technology shared her valuable insights about the importance of sound mental health and how it influences our productivity, decision making and overall job satisfaction. The event mirrors the Institute of Space Technology's commitment to cultivating a nurturing and supportive community.
